Monday Power Cycle at 5:45pm
Saturday Classic Cycle at 10:15am
With Heather, you can expect a challenging, well designed workouts and playlists, and fun factor rating that is off the scale.
Laurie is our newest spin instructor and will be subbing on Thursday for Heather. She will also take over the Tuesday 6:15am Power Cycle class starting next week.
Laurie will be subbing for Heather’s Power Cycle class tomorrow morning and 6:15am. We are hoping to add Laurie to our schedule soon. Please let us what you think of the class.

It’s February… it’s Valentine’s month… it’s Spring-ish weather and time for the latest on all things FLEX…
FREE Trainer Tune Up Day Sunday March 4th… Ever wonder how Cher can stay in plank for 5 minutes or J-Lo can kick so much butt in that movie “Enough”? Trainers! If it’s good enough for Cher and J-Lo, why not you?! On Sunday March 4th between Noon and 4pm we are holding our first annual Trainer Tune Up day offering half hour personal training sessions for FREE. Reserve a time from Noon to 4pm with either Jennine, Bruce, Nan or Ricardo by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sessions are granted on a first come, first served basis. Simply email us your available times and trainer(s) of choice, and we’ll follow up to set something up. Keep in mind the more flexible you are, the higher probability you’ll get slotted. Nan and Ricardo will train from Noon to 2pm, and Bruce and Jennine will train between 2 to 4pm.
FLEXNow Offers Timely Information… On a semi-frequent basis, we post on our website’s new FLEXNow page information about subs, class themes, special hours, new instructors, monthly updates, or anything of a timely nature. Oh yeah… while you’re on the website, check out some other cool stuff we added like class videos on the home page and more.
Dance Party Last Thursday’s… On the last Thursday of each month, we’re going to offer the Dance Party Workout starting on February 22nd at 7:15pm. Jennine drew plenty of raves as a sub for Libby, so she’ll teach the class, though she’s not available this week. (sub TBA) Reserve your spot as this once a month class will fill up.
Dianna Dance Workshop Series starts March 6th... On the heels of a successful demo, the votes are in and they’re thumbs way up. So, where we go from here are 4 weekly Tuesday classes at 12:30 to 1:30pm as part of Dianna’s Dance Basics Workshop starting March 6th. If you feel the music in your bones and need a fun-filled, non-judgy outlet to express it, here’s your shot. Class Description: Have you always wanted to learn proper dance technique and how to add style to your moves? This workshop includes extensions/kicks, turns, isolations, combinations and styling. Keep in mind that each class offers new skills, so missing one won’t leave you out in the cold. Reserve your class here.
Restorative Yoga Class starts March 4th from 6 to 7pm… Esther brings you her Restorative Yoga class starting March 4th on Sunday nights at 6pm. Ease into Monday morning with this chill yoga class the night before. You’ll be glad you did. Description: A perfect class for newbies and seasoned practitioners alike. This is a great way to set an intention and experience some of the mindfulness and calm we often want to have – yet can be difficult to find. This class is for folks seeking a more gentle and rejuvenating practice. Reserve your class here.

Diana Chavez will be teaching the next 2 Thursday classes and Heather will be teaching Sunday class for the next couple of weeks at least.

Nick McAvoy will be subbing for Jordana this Saturday 2/10. Also, this Saturday Rachel will be teaching both Pilates and Barre classes.
- Tori is now teaching 2 spin classes a week at 9:30am on Monday’s and Friday’s
- Based on her stellar reviews, Jordana is our new Saturday TRX instructor. Seth likely will move to Wednesday nights.
- Try our new HIIT Challenge class with Jennine on Mondays at 5:30pm.
- Rachel’s Saturday Pilates and Barre classes from January 20th to mid-March will be subbed intermittently, as she continues her intern work. Be sure to consult the online schedule to stay current.
