We'll go through the basic Yoga positions (chair, chairplane, crescent lunge, warrior 2, reverse warrior, up and down dog), while utilizing light dumbbells, blocks, and resistance bands. Modifications will be given throughout class for all fitness levels. The music playlist will feature Latin and salsa beats. 💃🏽
